HADDRELL's UMF 25+ Manuka Honey has been tested for methylglyoxal content (known as MGO), which is responsible for the unique antibacterial activity of manuka honey.
UMF GRADING BASED ON LABORATORY TEST RESULTS:
Methylglyoxal (MGO) level 1243 mg/kg and UMF grade is 25.5
